On March 10 Honey Maid started running a spot that promoted family, love, peace and tolerance. Of course it was met with anger and resentment by the moral know-it-alls who like to think that they know what’s best for everyone in the world.
The website One Million Moms, apparently the name One Million Bigoted Moms was already taken, posted a piece on their website condemning the commercial and how it offends conservatives.
Nabisco should be ashamed of themselves for their latest Honey Maid and Teddy Graham cracker commercial where they attempt to normalize sin. Right away it shows two men with a baby, followed by other families, and ends with different families pictured including the one with two dads. This commercial not only promotes homosexuality, but then calls the scene in the advertisement wholesome. The ad states, “Everyday wholesome snacks for every wholesome family. This is wholesome.”
Well, the video above was the response to One Million Moms and others of their ilk that took the time to voice their bigoted opinions. The bottom line is that Honey Maid (Nabisco or whatever parent company owns this damn product) doesn’t give a shit whether or not you buy their products or not if you’re a hateful bigot.
I personally can’t wait until this year’s NYC Gay Pride parade, I bet they’re going to be throwing out massive amounts of Honey Grahams from the floats and to be honest, those things are fucking delicious.
