There’s no denying that signing up for paperless billing is good for the environment and can potentially save a lot of resources between paper, ink and the energy it costs to actually deliver the bills themselves. It seems to defeat the purpose however when Verizon is so excited that you signed up for paperless billing that they send you 53 separate letters thank you for doing so. Corporate common sense at its best.
